We currently ship only within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Courier Partners

We deliver orders through trusted courier companies, including:

  • Leopards Courier

  • PostEx

Your order will be shipped using one of these partners based on your location and availability.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Usually 2–5 business days within Pakistan.

  • Remote or far-off areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

Processing time (1 day) is not included in the delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on your location and order weight.

  • You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel on the courier partner’s website.

7. Delays

Delivery times may be affected due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • High order volume

In case of delay, we will keep you updated.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with pictures/video.
We will arrange a replacement or solution as per our policy.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
Impo Mart is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
