Return & Refund Policy – Impo Mart

At Impo Mart, we want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging

    • In the same condition in which you received it

  • Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, and opened/used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (photos/videos).

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
